TP304L is a low carbon stainless steel with general corrosion resistance like T304, but with superior resistance to intergranular corrosion following welding or stress relieving. Highly recommended for parts which are fabricated by welding and which can not be annealed. Generally limited to temperatures up to 426°C. The physical properties and thermal treatments of T304L are similar but not identical to T304. Non-magnetic when annealed but slightly magnetic when cold-worked. 304L （UNS S30430）stainless steel tube same as the 304 grade but lower carbon content to increase weldability. TP 304/304L stainless steel tube is the modern version of “18-8” stainless steel containing approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel and is the most commonly specified stainless steel tube used throughout the world. SUS 304L stainless steel tube with good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, and to many chemicals and food and beverages. SS 304L stainless steel tube is also known as 1.4306 stainless tube in Europe.
