2"-12"PIPE GROOVER ( TWG-IIA-B)
TWG-IIA-B pipe groover makes circular grooves at the end of steel pipes or tubes in order to facilitate the assembly of circular couplings. It is the ideal tool for the construction industry and the piping construction sector. The grooves are made by a grooving roller which is inserted hydraulically inside the pipe or tube, which at the same time, is supported by a guide screw.
OPERATION CAPACITY
TWG-IIA-B pipe groover is equipped with two upper rollers and three down rollers which can groove the following tubes or pipes.
From 2"– 2 1/2"in diameter
From 3"- 6"in diameter
From 8"- 12"in diameter
NOTE: As different rollers are designed to groove different pipe in different size, Pls ensure that the proper roll set is on the machine. Rolls are marked with the pipe size for customers to recognize, if proper rolls are not on the machine, please refer to nameplate to change the rolls.
We always install 3"-6"down roller and 2"-6"upper roller before packing, and put the other 2pc down roller and one pc upper roller in the carton case of pipe stand. Customers should choose corresponding rollers according to the pipe size, for example, if customers use 8inch pipe, they should choose 8"-12"upper roller and 8"-12"down roller.
This machine can also groove 2"-12"SCH10S SCH5S SCH10 SCH5 stainless steel pipe, just change thin-wall down rollers, instead of standard down rollers and no need to change upper rollers, it is convenient to change and meet customer's requirements for different pipe material.
PRODUCT FEATURE
Foot pedal by adding AC contactor and relay, to make much safer and more convenient when operating.
Guide wheel assembly which help to guide pipe during grooving process, keep stability.
Pipe support, customers can ask for additional pipe support if the pipe length is over 6M, pipe support is an important spare part which can help to solve pipe running.
Tool box which customers can put the additional rollers and Allen keys in it to avoid missing.
Handle rail as well to facilitate the moving of machine on site.
Bag tool including one set hydraulic seal ring kit, one Go/No-Go Grooved Pipe Diameter Tape, several Allen key in different size, wrenches and screwdrivers. This is for customers to assemble or disassembly machine, to replace seal rings in hydraulic oil pump when use for a long time.
