The TW10B-4S series is used for making M6 screws and bolts. This series includes two models of multi-station cold forming machine: the TW10B-4S produces 12-50mm long bolts; the TW10B-4SL produces 16-75mm long bolts. Compared to our three station machines, four station series machines are capable of making more complex-shaped products, such as flange bolt and hexagon socket screw. The reasonable price with the ability to make the most common bolts of four station series machines makes them the most popular products.

The automatic cold forging machine is equipped with a high-pressure clutch brake which allows the machine to start with a low current and enables the machine to launch in three modes --- inches long, single stroke, and continuous stroke. Except for the inches long model, the main slide will automatically stop at the end when the machine stops in order to facilitate the operational adjustment.
